9. PatternPAL Pro

This section covers PatternPAL Pro, our seamless pattern testing app at patternpal.app. Everything above also applies to PatternPAL.

Your designs stay on your device

PatternPAL opens and works on your pattern files inside your own browser. We never upload, store or look at your designs or the files you export. The only exception is a screenshot you choose to attach to a support message. That screenshot comes to us by email so we can help you.

What we collect

  • Your account: your name, email address and sign-in details, managed by Clerk.
  • Your subscription: your plan and whether it is active. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Feature usage: we record which PatternPAL features you use and for how long, to improve the product. We never record your designs or files.
  • Account activity: a daily record of when you joined, when you last signed in or used the app, and your subscription status.
  • Error reports: if the app crashes, we receive technical details such as the page, your browser and the error message, so we can fix it.
  • Support messages: whatever you send us, plus your device, browser and screen size, so we can reproduce the problem.

  • Clerk: sign-in and accounts
  • Stripe: payments and subscriptions
  • Supabase: the feature-usage log and the daily account activity records
  • Vercel: hosting, error logs and cookie-free performance statistics
  • Kit: product emails such as updates and tips. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Rewardful: tracking affiliate referrals
  • Cookiebot: our cookie banner, where you choose which cookies you allow
  • Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram, including server-side measurement through Stape) and Pinterest: measuring our marketing and how people use the site

Cancelling or deleting your account

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Manage Subscription in the app. To have your PatternPAL account and its data deleted, email us at [email protected].
